Our old home in the days before the Web. (Not really, just a photo I took on the cross town bus traveling east on 34th street in Manhattan,) And to the best of my knowledge, no Clutch Bags are in here. Perhaps it's the troubling prospect of having to compete with all those knock offs from Chinatown... Now, I know you all are dying to get over to the Bag Man on foot. But for those who still enjoy the simple old-fashioned pleasures of click shopping in your PJs with a cup of coffee in one hand and the cat in the other (or something like that) there is the NEW CLUTCH WEB SITE.
If you've never done one, it's easy. Just have relatives and a boyfriend who work in the business. Or if not, then a couple of million dollars and several months seem to work pretty well. (I am kidding). Thanks Warren Z for the great coding and design.
Hope you enjoy it. More to come. And our new catch phrase for 2009's boisterous economic fun: Get a Clutch Bag and hold on tight.
