Marie Odile, designer of Soltek, combines her native French glamour with her chic New York City aesthetic when developing her accessories.   Marie’s acute design experience comes from working with such esteemed brands as Charles Jordan, Arche and Roger Vivier.

 

Her collection is a collaboration between her, the designer, and local New York City artisans – all of which comes to life in the heart of the Fashion District. Marie is acutely aware of the dilemma faced by American designers and craftspeople; competing with cheap and often inferior goods from abroad, lack of buyer awareness and the need to project themselves and their work to the American fashion-conscious consumer base is a huge challenge.
