Self love is one of the most important things you can do for yourself. We all know how important it is to take care of ourselves and love our bodies, but sometimes we need a little extra push in the right direction. In this blog post, we will discuss 10 self-care tips that will help you love yourself a little bit more each day!
1. Eat healthily and mindfully
Take a moment to appreciate the taste of your food. Go ahead, eat slowly and enjoy every bite! You can also treat yourself by having a relaxing meal at your favorite restaurant or shopping at the local farmers market for fresh vegetables and breads. Sit back, relax and enjoy the experience! Food is good for your mind, body and your mood! So, don't overlook the value in it's everyday effects on you.
2. Exercise regularly
Whether you want to go for a quick walk or take your dog on an adventure, making exercises will get your blood flowing and help you feel better! Walking amongst trees is even that much better, so if you have access to a park that has lots of trees, a preserve or a state park, cut some time from your schedule to reap the bennies!

7. Get ample sleep
It is important to maintain regular sleep habits in order for the mind and body's health. Sleep deprivation can lead not only mental lapses but also increase stress levels which will ultimately have an effect on our physical well being too!

The essence of self-care is not just about taking care on yourself, but also doing something you love. And one way to do that is by finding a hobby. You'll be happier, healthier and have more energy for your day-to taking care of yourself. If we can find an activity that makes us feel energized and passionate then our mind will be distracted from any anxiety or stress symptoms which may arise as a result!

Journaling is a great way to get you focused on the present, take inventory of your thoughts and feelings from that day. It can be used for so many different things--from brushing up on your thoughts, feelings or simply recapping the day before in order that you don't forget what happened when it's all said and done!
10. Buy yourself a gift
Let's face it, shopping can be one of the best ways to spend time and money. A little shopping can make your day better and help take the edge off. It gives you an opportunity for self-care while giving yourself something new that will excite your wardrobe!
